My friend downloaded the first 2 episodes in HD.
Episode 1 "Winter Is Coming" aired last April 17, 2011
Episode 2 "The Kingsroad" aired last April 24, 2011

The much awaitedEpisode 3 ""Lord Snow"" will be aired May 1, 2011..ofcourse US ET. Waiting mode.

I'll be sharing the first 2 episodes here I don't have enough time for now.
I downloaded the ebooks of A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin. I only got the first 4 books. Tthe 5th book,A Dance with Dragons, will be published on July 12, 2011.
